● Infinity Decors provides event décor rentals, customized décor, and return gifts.
● All original content on this site, including photographs of our work, text, and designs, is the property of Infinity Decors and may not be copied or used without permission.
● Some product images are provided by suppliers or used under license; Infinity Decors does not claim ownership of such third-party images.
● We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Rentals

● Booking Confirmation: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.
● Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to full payment.
● Rental Period: All rentals are for the agreed duration only. Late returns may result in additional charges.
● Damages or Loss: Customers are responsible for the care of all rented items. Any damages, stains, or loss will result in repair or replacement charges.

3. Purchases (Shop)

● Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and provide alternatives.
● Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges may apply.
● Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods listed at checkout. Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
● Returns & Refunds: All sales are final. Return gifts and décor items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless damaged during shipping.
● Shipping: Delivery times vary based on location. Infinity Decors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Liability

● Infinity Decors is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the misuse of rented items or purchased products.
● Customers are responsible for ensuring that rented items are used safely and appropriately.
